1. About Proud & Loyal
Proud & Loyal offers apparel, drinkware, home décor, accessories, gifts, and other products designed to celebrate heritage, culture, journeys, and meaningful places.
Many of our products are made to order, and certain products may be customized or personalized according to information provided by the customer.

Products made from natural materials, including wood and slate, may have natural variations in grain, color, texture, shape, edges, and other characteristics. These variations are part of the nature of the material and are not considered defects.
4. Made-to-Order Products
Many Proud & Loyal products are produced after an order is placed rather than maintained as pre-made inventory.
Because production may begin soon after an order is submitted, customers should carefully review all product selections before completing checkout.

5. Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order, including names, initials, dates, countries, photographs, spelling, wording, and other customized information.
Personalization will generally be produced using the information submitted with your order.
Once production begins, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled.
Proud & Loyal is not responsible for errors in personalization information submitted by the customer.
6. Customer-Submitted Images and Content
Certain products may allow customers to submit photographs, text, graphics, names, or other content for personalization.
By submitting content to Proud & Loyal for use on a product, you represent that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it;
- You have the necessary rights or permissions to reproduce it on the requested product;
- Its use does not violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights; and
- The content does not violate applicable law.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel personalization requests containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, threatening, hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate for our products or services.
If an order is canceled for this reason before production, any applicable refund will be handled according to the circumstances of the order.
7. Pricing
Prices displayed on ProudLoyal.com are subject to change without notice.
The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
Prices may not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless expressly stated. Any applicable charges will be presented during checkout.
8. Orders
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing or technical errors, product availability, inability to fulfill a personalization request, or violations of these Terms.
Submitting an order does not guarantee that every product will remain available for fulfillment.
If we are unable to fulfill an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund for the affected item or order.
9. Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when placing an order.
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available during checkout.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every customer, transaction, or location.
10. Shipping
Most products require production time before shipment.
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, destination, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Because many Proud & Loyal products are made to order or personalized, returns and exchanges are limited.
Products generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, incorrect personalization submitted by the customer, or other customer selection errors.
Damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced merchandise may qualify for a replacement or refund when reported within the timeframe and according to the requirements stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Our Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Proud & Loyal name, branding, logos, original designs, graphics, website content, photographs, written content, and other original materials created for Proud & Loyal are owned by or licensed to Proud & Loyal and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit our designs or content.

Country names, geographic references, public symbols, and other elements appearing in our products may have rights or restrictions that vary by jurisdiction.
