Shipping
Processing & Production Time
Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days.
Because our products are made to order, processing times may vary depending on the product, order size, product availability, holidays, and seasonal demand.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, product, and shipping method.
Estimated delivery information will be provided when available. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping rates may vary based on the products ordered, destination, package size, and available shipping method.
Multiple Shipments
If you purchase multiple products, your order may occasionally arrive in more than one package or on different days.
When available, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when tracking is available.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, clear photographs showing the product and the problem, and photographs of the packaging if it was also damaged.
After reviewing the issue, eligible orders may receive a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please do not return an item unless we provide return instructions.
Returns & Exchanges
Because Proud & Loyal products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, incorrect product or variation selection, incorrect personalization submitted by the customer, or personal preference after an item has been produced.
Please carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, sizing information, colors, and personalization details before completing your purchase.
Personalized Products
Personalized products are created specifically for you.
Please carefully review all names, initials, dates, countries, spelling, images, and other personalization details before submitting your order.
Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If a U.S. domestic order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days of its expected delivery timeframe, or an international order has not been delivered within 45 calendar days, please contact us promptly so we can investigate the shipment.
Please report an undelivered package within 7 days after the applicable 30- or 45-day period so that we have sufficient time to investigate and address the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before fulfillment progresses, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipment.
Additional charges may apply if an order must be reproduced or reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Because production can begin quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications after an order has been submitted for production.
Natural Product Variations
Some Proud & Loyal products are made with natural materials, including wood and slate. Variations in grain, color, texture, shape, and edges are natural characteristics of these materials and make each piece unique.
Minor differences in printed colors may also occur because of differences in materials, production processes, lighting, and screen displays.
These normal variations are not considered defects.
